Cancellation Policy

At Pretty Basic Studio, every order is thoughtfully prepared with care. Depending on the product, we offer different purchase options to accommodate both ready-made and handcrafted pieces.

Ready-to-Ship

Products marked Ready to Ship are available in stock and will be prepared for dispatch shortly after your order is placed.

Orders for ready-to-ship items may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or fulfilled.

Handmade & Made-to-Order

Our handcrafted pieces are created especially for you and require dedicated production time.

Once an order has been placed, production begins shortly after confirmation. For this reason, handmade and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded, or exchanged after the 24-hour cancellation window has passed.

Personalized & Customized Orders

Products featuring names, initials, embroidery, custom colors, or any personalized details are made exclusively for you.

As these items cannot be resold, all personalized and customized orders are final and are not eligible for cancellation after 24 hours, returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please ensure that all customization details, including spelling, colors, and fonts, are correct before placing your order.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are reserved specifically for you before production or arrival.

Once your order is confirmed, pre-orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours, modified, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Estimated shipping dates are approximate and may vary slightly due to production schedules.

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please email us as soon as possible.

While we’ll always do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered production or fulfillment.
