Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellations

At Pretty Basic Studio, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted or carefully prepared with love. For this reason, all sales are final.

Returns & Refunds:

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any purchases.

This policy applies to all products, including:

• Handcrafted products
• Personalized & customized items
• Pre-order items
• Bridal orders
• Gift cards
• Sale items
• Workshop reservations
• Material kits

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations:

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed, fulfilled, personalized, or shipped.

After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, or once production or fulfillment has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded, or exchanged.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll review your request and, if eligible, arrange an appropriate resolution.

Please note that damage occurring after delivery or normal wear and tear is not covered.
